In this article, we have gathered answers to the main questions regarding managing your Square Cloud account, from updating basic details to security, login, and billing policies.
👤 Profile Data
How do I change my username?
You have full autonomy to change your username without any bureaucracy. To do this:
- Access your dashboard and go to the My Account tab.
- Change your username directly in the corresponding field.
The update is instantaneous. For security purposes, the system allows a limit of 3 changes every 24 hours.
How do I change my account email?
For security reasons and to ensure account ownership, updates to sensitive data (such as your registered email) cannot be made directly via the dashboard and must be formally requested.

🔐 Authentication, API, and Login
How do I log in to Square Cloud?
You can access your account using the following methods:
- Email and password: Account creation default.
- GitHub or Discord: Using the authentication system (OAuth) of these platforms, provided they are already linked to your account.
Does Square Cloud support logging in via Discord?
Yes. Logging in via Discord is possible if you have already linked your account. If you haven't linked it yet:
- Log in using your primary method (email or GitHub).
- Access the connections section: https://squarecloud.app/account/connections.
- Connect your Discord to enable this login method for your future visits.
Where can I get my API key?
To integrate your applications with our infrastructure, you will need an API key:
- Access the My Account tab.
- Navigate to the Authentication section.
- Click to request a new key.
Warning: For security reasons, whenever you generate a new API key, the previous key will become instantly invalid. Make sure to update the token in all your integrations.
The login code for my Square Cloud account is not arriving in my email. What should I do?
Our systems send the verification code instantly. If the message did not appear in your primary inbox, the block or delay is usually occurring within the settings of your destination email provider.
To resolve this, check the following points:
- Spam or Junk Mail Folder: Your provider's security filters may have misclassified the message. Try searching for "Square Cloud" in your email search bar.
- Full Account Storage: If your email account (such as Gmail/Google Drive or iCloud) is out of available storage space, the provider will block the receipt of any new messages.
- Secondary Folders or Filters: If you use Gmail, check the "Promotions" or "Updates" tabs. Also, check if there are any active rules automatically archiving emails.
- Provider Delays (Greylisting): Some services, especially Microsoft accounts (Outlook/Hotmail) or custom corporate domains, may hold automated emails for a few minutes before delivering them to the inbox.
What to do: After checking the points above and ensuring your mailbox has space, wait about 3 minutes and click to resend the code on the login screen.
⚙️ Billing and Termination
Can I transfer my plan to another account?
Unfortunately, for technical and security reasons, it is not possible to transfer active plans between accounts, even if both belong to the same owner. This restriction is a protective measure and is part of the policies described in our Terms of Service.
How do I request my account deletion?
To request the permanent deletion of all your data from our systems, you must send a formal request:
